Problem: Magnetization at Low Temperatures

Determine the number of magnons in a ferromagnet at temperatures much lower than its transition temperature. Assume a three-dimensional, simple cubic system described by the Heisenberg Hamiltonian with nearest-neighbor coupling J. Use the result to calculate the temperature dependence of the magnetization.
